For audiences based outside of cities with in-person screenings, the following eight short films have been selected for online viewing from anywhere in the UK. This selection reflects the festival’s themes of migration, activism, LGBTQ+ and marginalised communities; of people in transition and in stillness; as explored through stories spanning Hong Kong, Asia, and Europe. Anyone in the UK can register to view films in this virtual programme during the designated period for free. Each film will be available to be streamed online as many times as you like for seven consecutive days within the viewing window from 12 September to 31 October 2025.
